We’re Proud to Announce Another Milestone for Our Organization

Great news! We have received our ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Why is this so important, you ask? Well, even if things are going really well, we are looking at what could be improved upon so that we can perform and serve our clients better.

In a nutshell, ISO 9001 is the standard outlining the requirements an organization’s quality management system must meet or exceed to be certified.

Being ISO 9001:2015 certified means that our QMS drives the 3 key principles of ISO 9001:

  1. Apply risk-based thinking to trigger the process of making improvements before problems occur to prevent issues from happening.
  2. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset; plan, do, check, and act (PDCA).
  3. Understand the cost of poor quality (COPQ) because true quality is about risk prevention – designing in quality – and not corrective action.
